Payment is due on day of cleaning.

You may pay cash, check, or credit card on website.

NSF checks and credit card charge backs are billed $25.00 for administrative costs.

1. Full one-on-one interviews with background and personal/professional referral checks on all new employees.

2. Retention incentives for all employees such as bonuses and benefits.

3. Regular supervisor checks of all residential services. No middleman to deal with for feedback or suggestions.

Your business and our reputation are important to us. We want to make sure you are happy each and every time we clean your home or business. If for any reason you are unhappy with an area of your home or office, give us a call within 24 hours and we will return to clean that area to your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Las Vegas Maid Service.com requires one business day notice of cancellation for a standard booking. Notice given on the weekend, evenings or statutory holidays is considered notice for the next office day. Please call even if you have to leave a message, we do understand

that emergencies happen. Clients canceling late are billed for a full time booked.

During the month of December all cancellations must be made 1 week prior to cleaning,

this is due to the busy holiday season.
